Tip One: Drink a Slim Down Drink Before Every Meal

This “secret slim down” drink is a mixture of apple cider vinegar and grapefruit juice. All you need is one cup of grapefruit juice, and two tablespoons of vinegar. Mix them together and drink before your meal. This helps to promote weight loss because:

  • An increase in vitamin C levels increases your ability to burn fat, especially while you’re exercising.
  • The acetic acid in the vinegar may tell your body to crank up the fat burning proteins.

Some people will find this drink too tart to drink regularly. If this happens, add a bit of honey to make it sweet. A single teaspoon should be all you need, and it will only add 20 calories to the drink.

Tip Two: Eat a Slim Down Salad

This salad is recommended as a lunch that not only tastes great but will pack your body full of fat burning nutrition. This salad contains:

  • 1 bunch dandelion greens (washed, dried, and torn into bite sized pieces)
  • 1 cup of watermelon, cubed
  • Finely chopped parsley, to taste

Combine the greens and watermelon cubes in a bowl and top with the parsley.

The dandelion greens will help stimulate the bile production to help break down fats in your body, and reduce your water weight by acting as a mild diuretic. The watermelon is full of the arginine amino acid, which may increase fat burning power, according to recent animal study data. The parsley will not only add an extra element of flavor to the dish, but it can also help remove water weight and reduce bloating.

Can’t do the salad without a dressing? Instead of reaching for the high fat and high calorie ranch dressing, opt for a homemade dressing made using:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

Tip Three: Fight Cellulite

Tip Four: Sculpt

Lift yourself onto your toes and elbows, and hold the position for about 30 seconds,eventually working your way to a minute, while keeping your butt level with your shoulders.Focus on pulling your belly button into your spine to really work the core.

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
