I’m Cindy Johnson and I started Healthy Recap as a place for people like me, who want access to the health tips and news from Dr. Oz, without actually having to watch the show.

Sometimes, even having it on the DVR isn’t enough. If you’re like me, you can record something, and only weeks later find time to watch half of it. That, or you record it because you think it’s a good idea, only to find yourself deleting it later because you just don’t have the time or energy to watch it.

Let’s face it. We’re all busy people, and that’s part of the reason why we have so much trouble implementing lifestyle changes that can make us healthier and promote weight loss.

By sharing what I learn from watching his show with all of you, I hope to not only make the lifestyle changes I need to so I can reach my health and fitness goals, but to help you make it possible, too.

Right now, I’m only recapping Dr. Oz every day, but I may expand to include other health related shows in the future.
